Utz Quality Foods, LLC has completed its acquisition of Kitchen Cooked Inc., including its Kitchen Cooked snack food brand, direct store delivery operations, and manufacturing operations. Kitchen Cooked Inc.’s product line includes potato chips, Kettle Kurls, Kettle Pops, popcorn, pretzels, tortilla chips, and pork rinds.
