Blount Fine Foods To Open Premium Prepared Foods Logo

Blount Fine Foods, a marketer and maker of premium, prepared soups, entrées, and side dishes for retail and foodservice, as well as fresh retail soups, has purchased a premium food manufacturing facility in Portland, Oregon, adding 80,000 sq ft of production capacity. Blount expects to invest more than $25 million in the new facility. Projected to go online in the second half of 2020, the facility initially will employ approximately 50 people.

The company also has entered into an agreement with a third-party logistics partner that will provide expanded distribution and logistics across the United States.
