Flowers Foods Expanding Operations

Flowers Foods is investing $25 million to expand its operations in Lynchburg, Virginia and make it an organic facility, serving the mid-Atlantic market. Expected to be finished late this summer, the project will create 15 new jobs. A leader in baked goods, the company’s best-known brands are Nature’s Own, Wonder, Dave’s Killer Bread, and Tastykake.
