Hey, I'm Sam Rose from Eagle Product Inspection. I'm the senior product line manager. I'm here today to talk about our new software release, which is SimulTest 6.0. So SimulTest 6.0 has been redesigned from the ground up. It's been there to, hey, make what we had as a image analysis platform better.
What we wanted to do is give more information to our customers, so product line. So we've changed the way our GUI looks. We've kept the feel of having all the technical information, and we've provided additional reject reasons. So we have all of our core statistics around pass rate, reject rate, weights of the product.
But what we've then been able to do is add to that by being able to scroll across to pull up, hey, what type of rejectives have we had? When we're looking at poultry products, for instance, how many bone contaminants have we had versus metal contaminants? So we can then give this data to customers to be able to make decisions.
Metal in a poultry environment is really bad. Bone should be there. So it's handled differently depending on how that looks. So we also then be able to pull into other information. So we have all of our timelines, our reporting structures on weights, for instance.
So it's all here ready and easy to access for the customer and configurable over time frames. So all of this is for the production environment to be able to get their data and be able to view it and interrogate it. What we then did is looked at how can we make our viewing windows easier for customers to see what's happening in the product. So any product that's got a white and gray background is a good product.
But when we go to a bad product, it changes to red to really highlight that it's a bad product. And then you can see all of our tags and rainbow effects of operators. So this means this is how many operators we've tagged that contaminant with, obviously trying to get a guarantee, a high probability of detection of that contaminant.
It also enables us to, hey, if there's a very small contaminant that may be hard to find, we can turn off the tags and be able to zoom right in on contaminants and then, hey, we can have a look. Is there a contrast? Is there something actually present in my product? Yes, there is. I can see it. It's a good reject.
So these are all the things we've done to try and make the software as easy and intuitive for our customer base to provide all of the data for their production environment, but also have that really high sensitivity when it comes to contaminant inspection.
