Prior to joining Eriez, Zimmerman held positions at Texas Instruments in Houston, Texas, and Kennametal in Latrobe, Pennslyvania.

Limbaugh has held a variety of positions at the company, including operations manager; branch manager; corporate sales manager; vice president general manager of the Birmingham, Alabama division; vice president general manager of the Chicago Division; and vice president of operations, distribution and properties.
