Hi, I'm John Isabel from IFM Effector. I am the Industry Manager for Food and Beverage here at PACK EXPO 2025. Three of the new sensors that we're highlighting this year are the SM Foodmag. This is a new product that gives you a very accurate reading and metering of sanitary media like dairy, brewing, beer, things like that. The unique thing about this sensor is it's fully IO-Link compatible and IP69K. This sensor has undergone extreme testing, so, extremes of temperature, extremes of heat, extremes of vibration. It gives you a lot of value for the price, and it's all fully island compatible, which means that it can be remotely parameterized and set up, and it can also be automatically replaced via automatic device replacement on aisling.
This is our PG sensor, so this is in addition to current product family. It's a fully solid state ceramic diaphragm sensor that replaces both a sensor and a gauge. Again, also IO-Link compatible and IP69K. The unique feature with this sensor is you can get both temperature and pressure from it. Last sensor is our vibration sensor, and this is a 3-axis vibration sensor that's used on pumps and motors. And what we're replicating here with this dashboard is a good and a bad condition. So we have this connected to a little demo here with computer fans.
This is a perfectly working computer fan, and this one is missing a blade. So when I move it to the bad condition, and give it a few seconds here, this is going to alarm quickly. The alarm is on in the dashboard. This is a software package called Moneo. It's a very simple software package that you can create your own dashboards on. And what this indicates is that there's an alarm condition, and from this platform, you can send a text, you can turn on an alarm, you can send an email to let maintenance know that they need to come and check the issue. So thank you again for visiting us at PACK EXPO. Please visit our website at ifm.com.
