ESI Group USA completed the design phase and is currently in construction of a ready-to-eat process expansion project and a finished goods cooler for Frick’s Quality Meats.  Both phases of the project will be complete next summer.

Continued growth in the ready-to-eat marketplace, especially in the natural and organic areas, will drive increased production opportunities for the plant located in Washington, Missouri. According to Dave Frick, president of the company, Frick’s launched its natural line earlier this year and has plans to add a line of organic products in the future.
