Investment being made to meet global demand

Cargill is spending $14 million to install a new liquid chocolate production line in its Mouscron, Belgium production facility. Scheduled to open in the last quarter of this year, the new production line will create up to 10 local jobs.

The Mouscron facility, which currently employs approximately 150 people in production and related services, processes dark and milk chocolate in liquid and solid form for the manufacturers of confectionery, cookies, bakery, ice cream and artisanal products.
