Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. has completed a $250 million, 300,000-sq-ft expansion of its Hermiston, OR operations. The project, which added a new processing line to the existing facility, is projected to increase the facility’s production capacity by approximately 300 million pounds of potatoes annually and will be adding about 150 jobs to the local economy.
