Diaphragms for hygienic applications

Wilden Pure-Fuse diaphragms incorporate a 1-piece design to eliminate product-trap areas between them and the outer piston. The diaphragms combine food-grade plastics and elastomers with a stainless-steel core using no adhesives or nylon fabric. Available in 1-, 1 1/2-, 2- and 3-in. sizes, they include a large integral piston and full-stroke shaft, have a temperature range of -40°F to 225°F and resist acids, caustics and other aggressive fluids.
