Hollymatic Defender poultry cutter
The Hollymatic Defender PC1500 poultry cutter has an electronic braking mechanism that stops the blade within .015 seconds after it comes in contact with one of the conductive gloves that come with the unit. The poultry cutter features a 2 hp servo motor and standard nine-inch diameter cutting blades. Options include right- or left-hand operation, a stainless-steel 2 hp servo motor and interchangeable cutting tables.
