Honer/edger features spiral-shaped stone design

Engineered for high-volume knife sharpening operations, the PRIMEdge HE7 honer/edger has an integrated stone dressing system that maintains the roundness of the spiral stones; after the stones are dressed, a built-in edge angle compensator automatically adjusts them to their original overlapping angle. Capable of sharpening blades up to 16-in. long, the CE-approved honer/edger features a stainless-steel body with a fiberglass cover, an ergonomic design and an adjustable, pivoting lamp that can be oriented in different positions for better visibility while sharpening blades.
