Madison Chemical DairyClean DESTROYER nonfoaming, alkaline detergent is acceptable for use as an A2 compound in food and beverage plant soak tanks or with steam or mechanical cleaning devices in all departments. The detergent saponifies and emulsifies oils and fats, disperses proteinaceous soils, breaks down carbohydrates and penetrates cooked-on food residues. It is generally used at ambient temperatures to 140°F, with dilutions dependent on specific application requirements.
