Both digital output and analog output versions are available, with resolution as low as 3.0 mm. Digital NPN or PNP versions can be either NO or NC, and support two different setpoints, providing a detection window. The analog output versions include 4-20 A or 0-10 VDC, with positive or negative slope. Microprocessor control provides digital filtering that makes the sensors immune to most electromagnetic interference. A simple "teach-by-wire" function provides an easy means to set up the sensor parameters. Standard connection options include either a 2-meter PVC cable or M12 connector. Both versions are IP67 rated, have cULus UL508 approval, and can be operated with 10 to 30 VDC. Suggested applications include wood, material handling, food & beverage, HVAC, packaging, plastic & rubber, agriculture, glass & ceramics and automotive.
