Pouch machine is free from conventional cycles and configurations

Capable of achieving speeds up to 480 pouches per minute, the PFM DX-series stand-up pouch machine allows any format within its capability to be programmed and then selected from the human machine interface (HMI). Changes in pouch transport are made automatically; groups of pouches can be buffered, while intermittent motion is maintained. The machine can produce three- or four-side seal, stand-up and shaped pouches, with options such as zip, valves, tear notches, hang holes and inert gas. It also can be equipped with regular knives and full-shape dies. Models are available with widths up to 9.45 inches.
