Horizontal cartoner offers speed and versatility

Capable of running a range of product sizes and types, the PMI Cartoning HS1-12 horizontal cartoner features a custom product infeed system and rotary sleeve/carton feeder that enables the unit to run at speeds up to 160 sleeves or cartons per minute. An integral pusher head ensures gentle product handling and loading. Available in stainless steel for washdown environments, the cartoner features a flap tucking and gluing area. Custom product transport systems can be added to feed a staging area to prepare cartons or sleeved trays for secondary packaging.
