Unit integrates inline checkweighing and X-ray inspection

The METTLER TOLEDO CX35 Combichecker inspection system detects and rejects contaminants, such as glass, metal, stone, bone, high-density plastics and rubber compounds, even when products are wrapped in aluminum foil or metalized film. Capable of delivering throughputs up to 600 packages per min, the integrated checkweighing system has a 3-g to 10-kg weighing range and enables the segregation of nonconforming packages and the collection of production data. A user-friendly interface allows line operators to set up or adjust product menus.
