This fall, an integral segment of a partnership that’s aiming to modernize the global food and agriculture system through new technologies, the Cargill Innovation Lab at the Research Park at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus, will be opening. At the lab, Cargill's digital labs team of data scientists and university students will work directly with Cargill business leaders, operations teams and customers to help move digital ideas more quickly to test mode.
