G&S Foods/Tastysnack Quality Foods logo
MAW Acquisitions LP, a private-equity firm run by the Warehime family, the former owners of Snyder’s-Lance, Inc., has purchased Abbottstown, PA-based G&S Foods/Tastysnack Quality Foods, Inc., a private-label manufacturer of salty snacks, such as snack mixes, popcorn and pretzels, that also provides co-packaging and product coating services for other food companies.
No financial terms of the transaction were disclosed. However, the existing infrastructure of G&S Foods/Tastysnack Quality Foods, Inc., including management and the sales teams, is to remain the same.
