Triton funds reaches agreement to sell

Emerson will be paying $622 million to purchase Aventics, a leading manufacturer of pneumatic components and systems, from Triton. Germany-based Aventics has approximately 2,100 employees globally and five manufacturing locations. Last year, it registered sales of $425 million.

 

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year, subject to regulatory approvals, the finalization of necessary consultations and other customary closing conditions.
