PepsiCo, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Bare Foods Co. (DBA Bare Snacks). Headquartered in San Francisco, Bare Snacks produces apple, banana and coconut snacks, as well as vegetable chips. Upon the transaction closing, it will continue to operate independently, with its leadership reporting to Frito-Lay North America, a division of PepsiCo.
