Conagra Brands, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement with Canada-based Richardson International to sell off the Wesson oil brand, including all assets exclusively related to the brand, including the facility in Memphis, TN. Expected to be finalized by the end of the first quarter of next year, the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
