AUA Private Equity Partners, LLC has acquired the assets of TruFood Mfg., Inc., which formulates and manufactures a range of branded and private-label products, such as nutrition bars, baked bars, protein bars and granola products, for consumer packaged goods companies and retailers. Details of the transaction have not been released.
