TreeHouse Foods, Inc. selling snacks division

Atlas Holdings LLC has entered into a definitive agreement to pay TreeHouse Foods, Inc. $90 million for its snacks division, which manufactures and distributes private-label healthy snacks to retail customers in North America, subject to certain post-closing adjustments. Expected to close in the third quarter of this year, the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
