Parmalat Canada Inc. has announced the closing of its acquisition of Kraft Heinz’s Canadian natural cheese business. Under the terms of the approximately $1.24 billion transaction, Parmalat now owns the Kraft Heinz Ingleside, Ontario production facility, along with relevant volumes of milk quotas and the Cracker Barrel, P’tit Québec and aMOOza! brands in the Canadian market.
