Tetra Pak Thailand has won Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability 2019 awards in the categories of “Top Community Care Companies in Asia” and “Top Green Companies in Asia.” Tetra Pak Thailand was recognized for raising awareness of the FSC label, which guarantees paper used to make cartons has been sourced from responsibly managed forests, as well as the company’s “Green Roof Project for Friends in Need of Volunteers Foundation” that encourages collecting used beverage cartons for recycling into roof sheets that are donated to people whose homes have been damaged in natural disasters.
