Cott Corporation has completed the acquisition of Primo Water Corporation. The transaction values Primo at approximately $775 million. As a part of the transaction, Cott will rebrand its corporate name to Primo Water Corporation. Cott Corporation also has closed its sale of S&D Coffee and Tea to Westrock Coffee Company, LLC for $405 million on a debt-free and cash-free basis.
