Mount Franklin Foods Makes New Acquisition

Mount Franklin Foods, LLC, a leading manufacturer of high-quality confections, nut products, mints, and culinary plant-based proteins, has acquired the assets and book of business of ARRO’s food processing and ingredients divisions. A new company, named Element Food Solutions, LLC, will be formed and will operate as an independent business unit under the Mount Franklin Foods parent organization.
