In their continued role as majority shareholders, Prakken and his wife Juliette will maintain a close and active involvement in the company. Their commitment to keeping this a family-owned business and upholding the values that have guided BPA’s success will remain steadfast. BluePrint Automation remains committed to providing its customers with the best solutions, on time and with vertical start-ups. Prakken will assume the position of chairman of the board and continue to work together with the team on technology and innovation.

Dezaire brings more than 20 years of MD/CEO experience to the company. Having served the last two years on the supervisory board, he is already very familiar with BPA. More importantly, Prakken and Dezaire have known each other for many years and share the same philosophy when it comes to serving our customers and the company culture.

As the newly appointed CEO, Dezaire is unwaveringly committed to upholding BPA’s core beliefs. The company's focus has always been and will continue to be one that is a great employer to its people, and with that, a great supplier that consistently delivers exceptional value to its customers. The "BluePrint difference" sets BPA apart in the marketplace as a family-owned business genuinely dedicated to serving its valued customers day in and day out, no matter the challenges. Its continued investments in its people and technology development underscore its commitment to keep and earn the right to be the preferred partner in secondary packaging automation.
