Prior to joining TricorBraun, Mr. Bolen had been the director of business applications for Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation. He was the principal of Bolen Consulting before his employment with Smurfit-Stone.

Mr. Bolen received a Master of Science degree in Information Management from Lindenwood University in 2005, and he graduated from Webster University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1995. Both institutions are located in St. Louis, Mo.
