Under the partnership agreement AlliedFlex is assigned as the exclusive distributor of Abarka Packaging Solutions for North America, Canada, and Mexico supplying the containers, printed lid rollstock material, and machinery.
The SkirtAll™ container system will be marketed under the AlliedFlex - Abarka Brand and the machinery will be supplied and marketed under the AlliedFlex FLX Machinery brand. The initial machine released will be their Semi-Automatic FLX Skirt-All™ cup sealer and FLX Skirt-All™ tray sealer which are both economical, compact benchtop units ideal for test market and pilot lab use. Higher output systems are available through machinery partnership arrangements to accommodate a full range of production speeds and SkirtAll™ container formats, offering opportunities for the small , medium, and large volume packager.
