Additional sizes may be run with a change wheel assembly for each size and the change over is less than five minutes. speed is up to 240 cycles per minute.

Powered by a self-contained indexing drive, the SP2-250 Straw Placing System positions straws in the flight of the wrapper conveyor. Each system is dedicated to one diameter straw. Length is variable by sliding panels into the hopper base slots positioned for standard lengths. Continuously filled from the hopper, a feed wheel carries the straw to position and drops it into the conveyor flight. Synchronized straw positioning will be employed for conveyor tracking with adjustment while running.
