Nestlé USA Purchases Freshly

The purchase combines Nestlé’s understanding of what and how people eat at home with Freshly’s specialized consumer analytics platform and distribution network.

Nestlé has spent $950 million to acquire Freshly, a leading fresh-prepared meal delivery service that ships more than 1 million meals per week to customers in 48 states in the U.S. The transaction was signed and closed on October 30.
