Scott Soutar, CEO of Valco Melton, has made this announcement: We are pleased to share that Valco Melton has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Graco Inc., a global expert in fluid and powder handling technologies, in an all-cash transaction. Valco Melton will become part of Graco’s Industrial division upon closing, with timing expected sometime in the third quarter.
