Sampler for high-/medium-hygiene classification zones

Intended for facilities that produce low-moisture foods, the Sentry HPR hygienic point sampler automates the sampling of free-flowing materials, such as granules, powders, flakes or pellets, from positive or negative pressure systems. It features a solenoid-controlled air cylinder that moves a sample tube in and out of the product stream; the extracted sample is then discharged to a collection container. The unit follows the standards of various certifying agencies and meets or exceeds minimum food protection and sanitation criteria for materials, design, fabrication and construction. All product contact surfaces dismantle for inspection without tools.
