SunChips fiasco: a missed opportunity?

Frito-Lay has pulled most of the plant-based, compostable packaging for its SunChips snack chips in response to consumer complaints that the bag was too noisy. Chrzan speculates on whether Frito-Lay could have salvaged the investment by turning the offending noise into the brand's "badge of honor."
