PEF announces 2002 Hall of Fame inductees

The Packaging Education Forum (PEF) will induct five career packaging professionals into the Packaging Hall of Fame during its annual Packaging Leadership Awards ceremonies on Nov. 5th.

This year’s inductees are Richard C. Botsch (posthumously), Kenneth J. Gollmann, Thomas E. Hogue, Norman Nieder, and Charles E. Perrin, CPP.

Botsch’s (1932-2001) career spanned nearly 30 years at DuPont and then he joined Printpack in 1981. Gollman was president of Consolidated Packaging Machine Corp. Hogue recently retired as director of Packaging Markets for DuPont Packaging and Industrial Polymers. Nieder recently retired as director of packaging technology at Anheuser-Busch. Perrin currently serves as chairman of the IoPP’s board of directors and is an honorary member of IoPP’s Technical Council.
