Ocean Spray Names New Leadership

Former Tyson Foods executive Tom Hayes becomes agricultural cooperative’s new chief executive officer and president.

The Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc. board of directors has named Tom Hayes as the Massachusetts-based agricultural cooperative’s new president and CEO. Hayes served as president and CEO of Tyson Foods from December 2016 to October 2018. Most recently, he was a partner at Chicago-based Entrepreneurial Equity Partners (e2p), a private equity firm focused on investing in middle-market food companies.
