Hello and welcome to Pack Expo International 2024 here in Chicago. We're at McCormick Place. I'm Sal with Planet Packaging Systems. I'm one of the Territory Managers with the team, and we're here to show you our new ComboPak bag and box system.

It's an all in one solution for bulk packing with a bag liner inserted into your case, all done in a compact footprint, allowing all the small to medium to larger side businesses to package their bulk products, whether they be IQF frozen vegetables or frozen proteins all the way up to food service on really anything that you need to go into a bulk package.

We can help bring that into a very small footprint. Starting from your case erection on the left side of the machine as we work over, it's automatically erecting the case, taping the bottom and bringing it to the next station where it's now being inserted with a bag liner. moving to the next station and automatically being opened up to then shift over to your next station and transition into the filling.

We can incorporate multiple styles of fillers, multiple styles of sealers at the end, depending on tape or glue. Once your filling is done, we can also add case sealing palletizing capabilities all the way through to stretch wrapping a finished pallet. Where the ComboPak bag and box system really shines for us is the compact footprint.

In a typical world, in the past, though there's modularity available across various systems, the benefit of this is you don't need that modularity on the case erecting or the bag liner inserting portion. Everything is done in a nice, small, compact footprint with the right build quality for what you would need on any bulk packaging application needing a bag in box.

Typically, you would see a case erector separate from a bag liner inserter which would be separate from a tamping station and we've accommodated all of that

into a snug footprint to help small to mid sized businesses looking for entry level automation on the case packing side for the food chain. service world or really anything else that you would need a bag and box application for.

We can help fulfill with one of the lower investments out of everything that you may need on the automation side for your packaging process. The most beneficial part of something like this would be the tightened space that typically we come across a lot of food facilities that are limited on footprint available. This is where we shine with being able to do the case erecting all the way through to the filling and potentially sealing and palletizing all in a small compact footprint allowing for various applications to be fulfilled in the most efficient way possible at up to eight to ten cases a minute.

So suitable for a large range of products and a large range of applications as well. So please come see us 8735LU in the Lakeside Upper Hall. Planet Packaging. Thank you so much.
