Checkweigher controller improves filler head performance

Engineered for food processors, the Thermo Scientific Versa checkweigher controller comes with an optional filler valve monitoring capability that monitors the behavior of up to 16 filler heads. The checkweigher controller screen provides real-time status of the heads and highlights critical situations, high/low weight ranges, and average and standard deviations. Statistical information and warning status can be communicated to remote systems connected by the Modbus protocol. The unit is used to control the chain, slack belt and powered weigh table frames in the Versa checkweigher series.
