Low charge central system is in super-low charge category

Can reduce ammonia charge by 85 to 95 percent

Frick LCCS low charge central refrigeration system
Frick LCCS low charge central refrigeration system

The Frick LCCS low charge central refrigeration system with a total system ammonia charge of approximately 1-1/2 to 3 lb per ton of refrigeration can be customized to any plant’s specific refrigeration needs. The system offers localized condensing made possible via remote distributed condensing (RDC) units managed by the Frick control system. Ammonia vapor is distributed throughout the system and is then condensed near the evaporators. The RDC units include a condensing heat exchanger (adiabatic, plate and frame, air-cooled or evaporative) and a small liquid supply vessel.
