Engineered for canned and frozen vegetable processors that sort a variety of wet products prior to blanching, Key Technology VERYX belt-fed digital sorters include the appropriate sensors, sensor positions, lighting, ejection system, and product handling and software products for each food type. The sorters use top and bottom sensors that inspect products entirely in-air to detect and eliminate all foreign material and the amount of product defects to make grade. Recipes can be uploaded for each product type and/or each final product specification.
