Multi-Conveyor 2:1 vertical merge conveyor system

Designed to transport individual bags of frozen food, the Multi-Conveyor 2:1 vertical merge conveyor system randomly discharges bags from a primary and secondary bagger onto two 90-deg curve incline conveyors, built at different elevations, which merge onto a single conveyor line. The stainless-steel conveyor system transports more than 100 bags per min at 220 ft per min. It incorporates stand-alone electrical controls, servos, sensing logic, variable frequency drives, Rockwell Automation Panelview Plus, an Allen-Bradley processor and two remote e-stops.
