Machine designed to handle wicketed bags

Engineered for pre-made polyethylene or laminated wicketed bags, the WeighPack Bingo welded stainless steel bagger runs a variety of sized bags and operates at speeds up to 25 cycles/min. A bag holding device with micrometer wheels and triple-axis handling options maintains accuracy, while a pneumatic sealing unit performs the complete bag closing operation. Other features include a quick-disconnect hopper, an air reservoir for constant pressure, a trim unit and a control unit that includes manual and step modes for components, recipe recall for specific products and finger location for pouch setup.
