The Multi-Conveyor dual-lane conveyor system is made up of 4 conveyor sections joined by seamless transfers. The straight running 24-ft. long conveyor has 2 lanes with a center rail that keeps individual trays separated, while a 3-ft. long gapping conveyor with friction top plastic belting pulls a gap at an elevation of 30 in. to the top of the conveyor. The 9-ft. long inclining conveyor elevates the trays from 30 to 42 in. to raise them to the proper height for hand packing into corrugated cases. Two gravity roller conveyors run the full length of the 20-ft. long plastic chain pack-table conveyor with a fixed end-stop.
