The Key Iso-Flo vibratory conveyor with monobeam construction includes a single structural member frame sloped to prevent product and moisture buildup. The stainless steel conveyor bed has a standard rotary polish within the product contact zone to resist bacterial attachment and biofilm formation. Oil-free drives, elastomer isolators, scalloped flat bars and internal ground arms are standard. The conveyor can be floor-mounted with 4 or 2 legs on T-bars, mounted to other machinery or suspended from overhead. It is suitable for processing and packaging a variety of products, such as fruits, vegetables, potato strips, potato chips, nuts, meat, poultry, seafood, dairy products, confections, snacks, bakery products, cereals, grains and seeds.
