Conveyor handles range of flowing materials

Equipped with a round vibratory screener, the BEV-CON mobile flexible screw conveyor removes oversize particles and reduces soft agglomerates before conveying on-size bulk materials. Driven above the point where material exits the conveyor, a flexible screw self-centers as it rotates within the smooth polymer conveyor tube; all other material contact surfaces are made of stainless steel finished to food industry standards. The unit is suitable for products from powders and large pellets that flow freely to non-free-flowing products that pack, cake, seize or smear due to compression or frictional heat. Caster mounted, it can be rolled into position, locked in place with jacking footpads and connected to an upstream material source.
