Multi-Conveyor single-lane, off-line accumulation Alpine-style conveyor
Controlled by photo-eyes, proximity switches, solenoids and filter regulators, the Multi-Conveyor single-lane, off-line accumulation Alpine-style conveyor is suitable for a variety of sizes of bottled products. Accumulated product is staged and redirected toward downstream equipment when upstream product flow is halted, allowing the accumulator to empty. Then, when triggered, pneumatic clamps extend and divert product traffic directly into the vertical accumulator. Operators also can override and force all product to go into the accumulator using the system controls.
