Volkmann VS series pneumatic vacuum transfer systems provide the contained transfer of food particles, powders, seasonings and other small ingredients in dilute, dense-phase and plug-flow conditions via a suction airstream under vacuum through hoses or pipes throughout the production process. A vacuum pump drives the system using a series of Venturi nozzles. The systems have a modular design that allows customized modifications for the requirements of individual applications.
