The Sweco HX Series round separator features a top and bottom “no-tools” weight system that offers proportional motion adjustment, which enables users to move a single weight set radially to dial in on the optimal horizontal and vertical amplitude and force.

The separator has a lower weight assembly that reduces the risk of reach-in injuries and a lower weight guard that encloses the motor,  contains a large door for access to the lower weights, and can be removed without disassembling the drive.

The separator’s two-legged base simplifies installation, especially when dealing with steel girder structures. The open base construction promotes cleaning underneath the unit, preventing dirt and product buildup to occur. The open construction also allows inspection and cleaning of the separator’s underside.

The HX also offers a non-vibrating spring skirt to help protect workers as well as the machine itself. The optional skirt eliminates the possibility of any pinch points that the springs may cause, and helps prevent foreign material and washdown water from entering the base. The skirt contains a removable access door to allow adjustments to the top weight system.
